CE Process

1. Register for the program

Select CFP® credits or CIMA® credits or select both. This can be changed at any time if needed by accessing Manage Account

2. Which courses have CE credit?

The content eligible for CE credit is highlighted on the CE content page. To be eligible to received CE credit, you must take and pass the associated quiz with a score of 70% or above.

3. Can I retake a quiz?

If you need to retake a quiz, you may do so to obtain a 70% passing score.

4. What are the next steps after taking the quiz?

CFP® Credits
You will receive an e-mail confirming your CE credits have been submitted to the CFP Board. Once these credits have been accepted by the Board, they will send a confirmation e-mail. We will need your CFP number when you register to ensure we can report CFP credits.
CIMA® Credits
Self-report CE credits by visiting the IMCA website following the instructions provided and using information in the e-mail received.

5. How do I view my CE credits earned and courses completed?

You will be able to see CE credits received on the CE content page. At that time, additional content may be accessed. Please note that even though the course may be completed, it may be pending with CFP or CIMA.
